On Friday 12th February Reception concluded a week of Chinese New Year activities.

During the week the children learnt about the different Chinese New Year customs.

Everyone was involved in cross-curricular activities, including making lanterns, dragon dancing, stir-fry cooking, calligraphy and much more.

Reception children really enjoyed coming to school dressed in Chinese clothes or something red/gold.

It was such a fun day!

2010 is the Year of the Tiger.
