The children at Eton End have been invited to take part in Readathon 2010.
Readathon is THE UK’S BIGGEST NATIONAL SPONSORED READING EVENT which has in the last 25 years raised nearly £22 million for children and young people with serious illnesses.
It works just like a sponsored walk or swim, except that the children read books in exchange for pledges of money.

Readathon works with two wonderful organisations the Roald Dahl Foundation and CLIC Sargent which spend your donations, primarily, helping children and young people in Britain suffering from cancer, Hodgkin’s disease, leukaemia, epilepsy, blood disorders or acquired brain injury.
