As part of the extra-curricular programme for our pupils, we offer before and after school care for children aged 3 and above. With options from 7:45am until the start of school and from the end of the school day until 6:00pm.
Early Eton Enders
Early Eton Enders is a facility which allows parents to leave their children in a supervised session from 7:45am every morning. The children are entertained with quiet games and activities until 8:15am when the school day begins officially; there is a charge for this provision.
We also offer children who attend Early Eton Enders the option of having breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 8.15am and consists of fresh fruit, a choice of cereals, bread/toast and fruit juice; there is a charge for this provision.
After School Activity Clubs
We provide an inclusive extra-curricular programme for all children at Eton End with a wide variety of opportunities beyond the classroom. These include specialist coaching for such activities as LAMDA, Tae Kwon Do, Netball, Football and Street Dance. The activities on offer change each term and a full listing of after school clubs for the forthcoming term is is published at the end of each term. There is a charge for activities provided by third party companies/coaches so please make sure you read the information provided carefully to sign your child up to a club of their choice.
Play Club, Prep and Rest, Read & Relax
Children from Nursery to Year 2 have the option of staying for Play Club every day (included in full time fees) where they can enjoy refreshments, activities, games and supervision from qualified school staff.
The children in Year 3 and above have the option of attending Prep after school each day This is a supervised session by a member of Eton End’s staff in which the children are expected to work quietly on their homework tasks that have been set.
Should children wish to benefit from extended care from 1715 through 1800, we offer a supervised 'Rest, Read and Relax' session (chargeable) each day.
Refreshments
All children staying to after school activities will be offered refreshments at the end of the school day or they may bring their own (nut free healthy) snack to enjoy.
