Our location is most attractive, being a stone's throw from Eton College. Our six acres of semi-wooded surroundings give the children tremendous opportunities to play and explore.

Considerable investment has been made in order to ensure our facilities keep up to date with ever changing educational demands. The school's facilities consist of purpose-built classrooms, specialist teaching rooms, a modern ICT suite, a science laboratory, art and music rooms, Learning Support rooms, (‘The Den’ and ‘The Nest’), a well-resourced library and a spacious school hall.

Successful Outdoor Weeks and a recent focus on ‘green’ issues have led to the school’s interest in growing its own vegetables and plants. There is a new greenhouse and raised growing beds have also been built on site. The Science Department is making full educational use of the large school pond and the covered outdoor classroom space.

The Nursery Garden is a large and spacious area which provides numerous play activities for our youngest pupils. There is a large lawn surrounded by activity zones including a mud kitchen and a track for bikes and trikes. The addition of an outside classroom provides opportunities to explore and develop physical boundaries, to take risks and to discover the real world through the senses.

The Reception classes make full use of their outside learning facility with covered areas immediately outside their classrooms and the ‘Garden Room’.

Within our grounds there are courts for netball and tennis and a large playing field for athletics, cricket, football and rounders. At break time there is an adventure play trail, climbing frame, table tennis table and our new outdoor stage area. A woodland trail alongside the field area comes into its own at playtime together with the specially designed creative play areas.

The calm and supportive atmosphere you create, your genuine enthusiasm and the positive structure of the activities were all immediately evident. We could not be happier with the care and development our child is receiving.

“the pace and variety of activities and learning initiatives going on across the school are stunning – highlights so far this term, definitely Zoo Lab and the wonderful array of costumes for Book Character Day making their way along Eton Road…”
