How to pay fees

Payment of School Fees

As is usual in the independent education sector, Eton End School fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of each academic term.  Parents do, however, have a number of payment options to help manage the commitment, which are set out below.

Termly Fees Paid in Full

Payment of fees shall be made no later than the first day of each academic term.  Remittances may be effected by direct debit which is the preferred option; by bank transfer so cleared funds are received no later than the commencement of each term; or by cheque which must be received ten clear days in advance of each term.  Payments in cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Direct debits for Termly Fees Paid In Full will be collected on 5th September for the Autumn Term, 5th January for the Spring Term and 5th May for the Summer Term.

Termly Fees Paid in Instalments

Parents are offered the opportunity to pay their termly fees and disbursements in monthly instalments to the school by direct debit.

The first payment will be taken in the month immediately preceding the commencement of the relevant academic term, with the balance being collected in the three consecutive months thereafter.

Autumn Term

Payments will be debited during August, September, October and November.

Spring Term

Payments will be debited during December, January, February and March.

Summer Term

Payments will be debited during April, May, June and July.

To benefit from this option, you will be required to complete a direct debit mandate form and maintain monthly payments.  Failure to maintain payments will result in this facility being withdrawn.

Additional Payment Options for Fees

We have a number of payment options available for fees, including credit card/Amex and Paypal, although please note that the transaction charges incurred for using these facilities will be transferred to the parent/payer.

Parents may also make a payment by PayPal, using [email protected] as the school account email address.  Transaction fees will again be transferred to the parent/payer.

Fees in Advance and Pre-payment of Fees

The school has an existing Fees in Advance (FIA) Scheme in place for parents who wish to pay up front for a number of terms’ fees (minimum of 3, maximum of 15) and benefit from a discount for doing so.  The pre-payment scheme results in an invoice being issued for the whole of the next academic year and for parents to make a lump sum payment for the year.
