As part of the extra-curricular programme for our pupils, we offer before and after school care for children aged 3 and above. It is only in exceptional circumstances that very young children attend both before and after school sessions.

Early Eton Enders

The Early Eton Enders is a facility which allows parents to leave their children in a supervised session from 8.00am every morning. The children are entertained with quiet games and activities until 8.40am when the school day officially begins. There is a charge for this provision.

We also offer children who attend Early Eton Enders the option of having breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 8.15am and consists of fresh fruit, a choice of cereals, bread/toast and fruit juice. There is a charge for this provision.

Playclub operates after school for pupils in Nursery to Year 2, and runs from 3.45pm until 4.45pm. The children attending can participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities in a relaxed setting until they are collected, there is a charge for this provision.

Supervised Prep

Supervised Prep is offered to all pupils in Years 3 to 6. This is taken by a teacher who will assist the children to settle to their homework in a quiet environment and encourage them to complete it before going home. The session is from 3.45pm until 4.45pm and there is no charge for this provision.

Late Supervision and Head’s Prep

Late Supervision is available to pupils from Nursery to Year 6, and runs from 4.45pm to 5.30pm. Children who stay for this provision have free choice of activities in a relaxed setting. Older children in Year 3 to Year 6 who take part in an extra-curricular club may attend a Head’s Prep session from 4.45pm until 5.30pm instead of Late Supervision.  This will be a quiet session to complete homework before leaving school. Children should be collected promptly. There is a charge for these extra-curricular care sessions.

Extended Care

Extended Care is available to pupils from Reception to Year 6 from 5.30pm to 6.00pm. Children should be collected promptly. There is a charge for this extra-curricular care session.

Drink & Biscuit

All children staying to after school activities will be offered refreshments (a drink and biscuit) at 3.30pm until 3.45pm.

High Tea

For those children who require a more substantial snack we offer High Tea. This will be a sandwich, a piece of fruit, a small cake or cookie and a drink. There is an additional charge for this.

Present Grandparent

I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to visit your school last week as part of Grandparents day. I could never have imagined the amount of hard work and dedication that is needed and was shown by yourself and your team.

I am personally grateful for the high standards of care, attention and education that my grandson is receiving.

Present Parent

It is never easy starting school in the shadow of your elder sister and yet our daughter has been excited by it since day one. She amazes us with her attitude towards work and sport. This is in no small part to the excellent way your staff have cared for her and provided achievable challenges which she has really relished. I cannot recommend your school highly enough.
